1. Delivery
ceka! fullservice GmbH delivers goods on the proviso of being supplied correctly and on time themselves and is not at fault if certain goods are not available. Any compensation for delayed deliveries is strictly excluded unless the delay is due to gross negligence by ceka! fullservice GmbH. The minimum order value is 25,00 €.

2. Payment
The payment for deliveries is cash on delivery to be collected by UPS, direct debit, credit card or per advance payment at a merchandise value over 500,00 Euro.

ceka! fullservice GmbH reserves the right to retain ownership on the delivered goods until they have been paid in full. A possible use of that right does not mean that the purchase contract is invalid. The offset of ceka! fullservice GmbH receivables against the deposits or rights to retain goods is excluded, unless the offset has been approved or has been determined legally.

All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT if goods are shipped within the EU, outside of the EU VAT will not be charged.

3. Claims
Where damage is caused in transit the Buyer is authorised to return the goods to the address stated on the delivery note. Please claim any transit damage within 24 hours at the appropriate shipping agents' address. If goods were accepted in damaged packaging, please quote "X" (number) of damaged parcels and claim any transit damage within 24 hours at the appropriate shipping agents' address. The same also applies for damaged goods where the packaging was intact. A substitution or reimbursement can only be made if these claims have been appropriately recorded.

These delivery conditions apply for all Internet orders.

4. Backorder Delivery
If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you about the intended delivery date and we will send you the missing article without additional freight charges as soon as possible. If the new delivery date is unacceptable for you, you will have the right to resign from the sales contract of this article.

5. Warranty
In case of a product fault, ceka! fullservice GmbH might upon their own choice send a replacement product, reimburse or discount the purchase price. The Buyer has to check the product immediately after delivery and return it immediately to ceka! fullservice GmbH. If the Buyer does not adhere to this procedure the goods will be considered as being approved, unless the product has a fault, which could not be detected immediately. In case of such later detected damage the fault has to be reported immediately otherwise the goods will be considered as being approved even with such fault. Any faults visible at the point of delivery have to be reported to the delivery driver and have to be confirmed by him.

6. Liability
ceka! fullservice GmbH and its agents will only be liable for delays if this is caused by gross negligence and intent.

7. Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is Neu-Ulm.

Cancellation Right:
Regardless of the warranty rights the Buyer has a special right to return goods, since you are acquiring the goods from a remote site. You can exercise your right by returning the supplied goods in an appropriate packet within two weeks after delivery to

To stay within that time limit it is sufficient, if the goods have been sent off within that time limit. Should you already have used the goods, we reserve the right to charge a usage levy. You can avoid such a usage levy by preventing any traces of usage, by using the original packaging when returning the goods and if you insert all supplied accessories and documents (e.g. User Manual).

Only in cases where the supplied product cannot be returned in an appropriate parcel or package, you can request us in writing to collect the goods. In order to fulfil your request for goods to be picked up by us, we will mutually agree a time and place of collection. Any payments made will be reimbursed as soon as we have received the returned goods. Please insert your bank details with the returned goods.
